Its 30-meter water resistant case provides a protective shield around a quartz-powered movement. The side of the case Features an 18ct yellow gold crown set with a synthetic blue spinel for an indulgent and luxurious finish. This lady’s Panthere de Cartier watch presents the time on a silvered dial equipped with crisp black Roman numeral hour markers and a legible inner minute track.
