We at Berry's endeavour to provide the highest quality experience when on your purchasing journey. To do so, we are happy to match prices with any other Authorised Stockists* of your potential purchase.

When enquiring on Price Matching please ensure:
- The product is identical to ours
- The retailer is a national authorised stockist
- The price we will match is the advertised price that is displayed on the competitors website and does not include any promotional codes
- The item must be in stock, available for immediate purchase
Terms & Conditions
- Our Price Match Promise is available on branded jewellery and watches. It is not available on Berry's own jewellery.
- We will ask you to provide the relevant authorised retailers name, and the advertised product price.
- The product must be brand new, not pre-owned and sold directly through an authorised stockist in the UK.
- Berry's reserves the right to exclude Interest Free Finance Options when matching a price with another authorised retailer, we still however may be able to offer our credit bearing options over 48 or 60 months.
- The item must be identical to ours in Model Name, Colour, Finish, Strap Type etc.
- The item must be in stock, available for immediate purchase with immediate dispatch.
- Our Price Promise does not apply if the selected authorised stockist is no longer an Authorised Retailer, is in administration, closing down, or a discount outlet.
- Items sold as part of any product bundles at discounted prices or with free items (i.e. buy one get one free) will not be matched. Please ask in store or online to see if there is an alternative offer available.
- If Berry's are matching a price with another retailer this will be classed as a discount, in which case the item will not apply for a free gift.
- We do not offer price promise on Cartier, Vacheron Constantin, Tudor, Patek Phillippe and Pre-Owned items.
- Our price promise cannot be used when paying by gift card.
