More on OMEGA Stainless Steel Watches
Stainless steel has played a large role in the manufacture of some of Omega’s highly sought after watches. Famous timepieces from the Omega Seamaster collection rely upon a strong and sturdy case that feels solid on the wrist whilst taking to the seas, but also protects the internally fitted movement from pressure and impressive water depths. As a heavier alternative to titanium and ceramic, these steel Omega watches lock onto the wrist with an extendable clasp that allows the diver to wear the watch over the top of professional diving gear. A helium escape valve and large bidirectional rotating bezel are among many other innovative features given to the Seamaster watch range.
As an official stockist of steel Omega watches, we are pleased to be able to offer a selection of different designs for various sized wrists, as well as designs for both male and females. The Omega Constellation collection is a popular line of watches for the lady. The bracelets, crafted from stainless steel meet the case with wide links to offer an alternative to the classic pair of strap lugs. The dials of which are crafted from black lacquer or mother of pearl for example, enhance a contemporary style that will look good with jewellery and elegant evening attire.
Stainless steel Omega De Ville Prestige watches for ladies are more traditional. Their delicate stainless steel cases feature polished bezels – sometimes in yellow gold or rose gold. The stainless steel links of these bracelets are more delicate-looking, wrapping around the wrist with a bi-colour design in some models. The Omega De Ville Prestige Power Reserve men's watch with a black dial and black leather strap, is a classic favourite. It features a confident 39.5mm stainless steel bezel which frames an hour track presented in a mixture of Roman numerals and sleek baton indexes. The watch is equipped with a practical power reserve to indicate to the gentleman when the Omega calibre 2627 movement is low on power. Additional features include a date window and a small seconds dial at 3 and 9 o'clock respectively. The stainless steel cases does a perfect job of protecting this in-house movement, as well as looking traditional and smart when combined with the black tones of the dial and the leather strap.
