Whether it be sports timekeeping, exploring outer space or deep sea diving, these revolutionary movements must be master chronometer certified to ensure that every man and woman gets exactly what they deserve from a luxury wristwatch. Each individual automatic Omega watch must be subject to rigorous testing and then certified by METAS - the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology. These tests mimic real life conditions to deem whether the Omega watch can demonstrate water resistance, shock resistance and heat resistance among many other factors. All the while, the in-house developed movement ticks away inside a robust case, providing round the clock precision with effortlessness.  

The Maison has also solved one of the watch industry’s most perplexing problems. By combining a strong commitment to innovation and the dedication of their skilled craftsmen - Omega’s Master Co-Axial Calibres are integrated into some of the company’s most robust timepieces to promise unbeatable precision. They are resistant to magnetic fields greater than 15,000 Guass. Equipped with a silicon balance spring and using a new alloy manufactured from non-magnetic materials, these calibres match the accuracy and reliability of their ancestors, but with greater strength and durability.

The Omega De Ville watch collection is clean and understated making it a perfect companion for office wear. This range of Omega automatic watches features a choice in classic leather straps or polished stainless steel bracelets. The Omega De Ville Prestige Co-Axial watch for example, delivers time on a sleek black dial with silver coloured Roman numerals hour markers at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock.
