Chopard L.U.C watches are manufactured in house at the company’s workshops nestled in the hills of Fleurier. Not only is this the place where their mechanical movements are created, but also where the company smelt their own gold and make their own stunning cases to house such impeccable movements. Three facilities across Switzerland make up the company’s manufacture family - each location responsible for a different stage of the watchmaking process. The Chopard L.U.C watches collection belongs to special timepieces created in tribute to the elegance of their first pocket watch creations, as well as timepieces fitted with ultra-thin movements to show how far the company has come in terms of their technical capability. The collection also features models like their perpetual calendar and designs from their Heritage line.

Whether it be a simple two handed design or a GMT watch for taking away on vacation with you, these impeccable timepieces offer the very best in quality materials. The Chopard L.U.C. One watch in rose gold, is a stunning creation which boasts state-of-the-art technical sophistication. A light chocolate brown satin finished dial works beautifully alongside the blush pink tones of the rose gold bezel spanning a comfortable 42mm in diameter. A matching brown leather strap with rose gold buckle fits comfortably against the skin for wearing throughout the day and well into the evening. Rose gold central minute and hour hands join a GMT hand defined by an arrow tip, which points to a second timezone represented in 24 hour format. The dial also offers a night ad day phase, with half of the 24 hour ring presented in a light shade and the other half a dark shade. Turn this Chopard L.U.C GMT One watch over and a sapphire crystal glass reveals the internal workings of the timepiece. The calibre L.U.C 01.10-L provides a power reserve of approximately 60 hours and oscillates at 28.800 vibrations per hour. The Chopard L.U.C XP Silver and blue watch is an unusual timepiece which combines a stunning blue cashmere fabric strap with blued numerals and hands. The watch is modern yet timeless, with a simplicity that can be mistaken for no other than a Chopard creation. The 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock locations are presented in large legible Arabic numerals, whilst the remaining hour locations are of the slim baton type. The Automatic L.U.C 96.53-L movement can be viewed through the back of the watch once more, where Chopard put their expert craftsmanship on show. The impeccable movement operates flawlessly inside a 30 meter water resistant casing.
